Connecting Nature, Somatics, and Spirit (and horses too) Are you looking for more resilience and a sense of inner peace? If so, this online course covers principles and practices for reconnecting your mind/body/spirit which you can continue to access even when the course is complete. Includes monthly zoom calls, self study, somatic practices, time in nature, ongoing support throughout the program and private community resources. This course is designed for your own self awareness and also develops your facilitation skills and tool kit. Somatics & Spirit™ program includes: Online program with monthly access to zoom calls with founder and creator, Ariana Strozzi Mazzucchi. Learn the principles and practices of Holistic Somatics™ which incorporates our biological nature, our social instinct to belong and the horse as healer/teacher paradigm.  Develop your own somatic practices with horses and/or time in nature exercises for resilience, embodied presence, compassion and connection. Self study materials, ongoing coaching and support throughout the program. This program is also part 1 of the 'Equine Guided Education Certification Program.

SkyHorse Equine Guided Education™ Certification Program

Elevate your coaching and facilitation skills, learn the art of somatic awareness practices that create new healthy patterns of experience allowing people to form fulfilling relationships and create the life they aspire to live. Learn 'tried and true' EGE exercises, rooted in three decades of success. Receive personalized coaching for ongoing refinement of your facilitation skills. Our certification program will give you the confidence and training required to incorporate horses into your professional offer. 

This coach program includes the Somatics & Spirit™ online course (with a coach call with Ariana) and reading and practice materials, 2 Leadership & Horses™ programs (the 2nd time you attend as an advanced student-call our office to decide dates). Note that the price of the 2 in person programs and the Somatics and Spirit™ program and private coach mentor package on how to integrate your learning are included in the certification package. The program also includes a dedicated coach for the duration of the program. The course's studies span approximately 6-12 months depending on your schedule and scheduled in person courses.

Equine Guided Horsemanship™- 1 on 1 mentor package

It doesn't matter if you are just starting your journey with horses or you are a seasoned horse trainer. This mentor package is for people who want to create a mutually respectful relationship with horses and get the added benefit of an expanded  consciousness towards all of your relations. Learn how to identify where and how your horse is being resistant and how to change your approach to get connection and unity. We can work on the ground or in the saddle. We can work on relationship building, creating unity (a team that moves as one), we can work on your timing, your attention to cues, your ability to get curious about your horse's perspective, your horse's rhythm's and patterns and so much more.
