Somatics & Spirit™ program includes:

• 3 month program with zoom calls every other week. Starts mid April 2024.
• Principles and practices incorporating our biological nature,  our social instinct to belong and the horse as healer/teacher paradigm
•  Somatic practices with horses and/or time in nature exercises for resilience, embodied presence, compassion and connection
• Self study materials, ongoing coaching and support throughout the program
• This program also satisfies part 1 of the 'Train the Trainer'  program in SkyHorse Equine GuidedCoaching
