It's time to take a fresh look at your life. Are you leading your life or is it leading you?

I never thought I would say this, "It's time to take a fresh look at how you are leading your life. What is working? What is not? What do you want to do with the time you have? Who and where do you want to contribute? And most of all, what change initiatives matter most to you?"
For me it is saving the earth, contributing to a new paradigm of what it means to be a respectful member of Gaia and knowing that we can find balance with Mother Earth.
This is why I'm bringing my classic program, Leadership & Horses™ back! I am looking for people who want to put their passion for healthy living into new 'ways of being' that are embedded in the interconnected tapestry we call earth.
If your brow is frowning at the word, 'Leadership' read on. I know from experience that many people have an oudated notion of leadership as a top-down system, a dominant-subordinant quagmire, an unpleasant experience, a name that just doesn't feel right and so on.
I wish there was a better word to describe the ability to create synchronous unity that gathers momentum and creates dramatic change initiatives. A word like Swan Lake would do. In the meantime, embodied leadership feels good. It is like a herd of wild horses moving effortlessly as one where each member is a part of the whole, every horse is amazing.
How you choose to view leadership is up to you. To me, its about being in right relationship with yourself, others and your place of belonging. It's about nurturing your own inner resolve and not getting lost in chaos.
As social animals we are hard wired to contribute to others, to be a part of a community that shares the same values and ethics. As I watch the geese fly overhead, and the red tail hawks begin their mating dance in the sky, I know I am here for a reason. And so are you. It's time to fly to the big picture view, take nothing personally, and be your best self. The horses and I here for you.
